Lisa Niemi is starting a new chapter of her life and the fans couldn’t be happier for her. The entertainer apparently has gotten engaged according to GossipCop on Saturday. The news, a bit of a shock for fans, had everyone offering their congratulations on the couple’s decision of engagement.

The groom might be known by most individuals who know fashion. Jeweler Albert DePrisco asked for Niemi’s hand in marriage on Christmas Eve. The couple has been seen out before, but keeping their relationship low key, there wasn’t any rumors of engagement (or marrying) heard.

Lisa Niemi was married to Patrick Swayze for 34 years. She was by his side until his 2009 death from pancreatic cancer. Even after his passing, she kept his legendary name alive by sharing positive moments from his career and live.

The couple might be starting a new chapter in life, but there is no doubt they both are happy. It only took over a year for DePrisco to ask for Lisa’s hand in marriage so they are taking their relationship really slow.
