Patrick Russell of Max’s Wine Dive teaches the last class of the fall season at 11:30 a.m., Oct. 19 at The American Institute of Wine & Food and the Dallas Farmers Market Friends’ cooking class series “Learn from the Chefs at the Market.”
The theme for Chef Patrick’s class is “Pumpkins/More Than Just Pies and Lattes.”
Last week Chef John Franke of The Ranch at Las Colinas, Whiskey Cake and Velvet Taco taught the fourth class of the fall 5-week series. His theme was “Down Home Cooking with a Twist.”
These demonstration-only, tasting classes are taught by some of Dallas’ most beloved chefs.
Classes are from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., doors open at 11:00 a.m. and are held at The Dallas Farmers Market Cooking Community Room, 1010 S. Pearl Expressway, Dallas, Texas 75201.
TIP: Get there early. The parking lot fills up quickly and there is an overflow lot but with weekend market shoppers, it also fills up quickly.
