The property is on the shores of Patoka Lake which covers 8,800 acres and was formed when the Patoka River was dammed to provide flood control and a steady water supply. Patoka Lake is a popular fishing and boating lake. Fish species include Walleye, Crappie, Bass, Bluegill and Catfish.
Local attractions include Holiday World, Marengo Cave, Paoli Peaks, and Golf courses. The adjoining towns of French Lick and West Baden are a short distance away for wine tasting, shopping, dining and a Casino for your enjoyment.
