Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years! I love the holiday season. I love the family. I love the friends. I love the FOOD! But the cooking, not so much. I'm no Martha Stewart and all these parties and work potlucks stress me out. There are so many other things I'd rather be doing than attempting to produce the perfect holiday treat. Like sipping a Starbucks while writing an article for you fine people.

"Last Course by Libby" is the name of the game in holiday, special event, or just-for-fun desserts. Libby is a culinary student and pastry chef in the Charleston area. She has quite a decadent selection ranging from fun, creative cupcakes to pies to three tiered wedding cakes to fancy french pastries with names I can't pronounce!
