Yesterday on February 27, "Noah" star Jennifer Connelly celebrated her DuJour Magazine cover at Lavo in New York. She appears in the magazine's Spring 2014 issue. The chic bash was hosted by DuJour Media CEO and founder, Jason Binn; DuJour magazine Editor-in-Chief, Nicole Vecchiarelli; Gilt CEO, Michelle Peluso; and Muse Model Management founder Conor Kennedy. Connelly looked fierce in a black Saint Laurent suit and shoes. She accessorized with Jacque Aiche jewelry. Photographers went wild when she stepped onto the red carpet.
Check out what Connelly told reporters on the red carpet:
What are your summer plans?
My husband is going to be working in Europe over the summer, in England, so we're hoping if I'm not working, we're hoping to do a little traveling around Europe.
How do you feel about your DuJour cover?
I think it looks pretty great. The photographer did an amazing job, we had a great time doing the shoot.
Tell us more about the shoot.
It was a photographer that I hadn't worked with before but, who I thought was very talented. It was nice! We filmed in a really nice house and it was easy, it was comfortable, it was quite creative.
On March 26, we attended Ferragamo and Sean O'Pry's Cocktail Party in support of The Center. The event also celebrated the newly opened Ferragamo RTW boutique at Saks Fifth Avenue. Music was provided by DJ Brandan Fallis and guests sipped on Qui Tequila Cocktails. VIP guests wearing head-to-toe Salvatore Ferragamo SS14 runway collection included Garrett Neff, Adam Butcher, Ryan Kennedy, Michael Lange, Alex Lundqvist and Diego Miguel with men's bloggers Justin Livingston of ScoutSixteen, Adam Gallagher of I AM GALLA and Saul Carrasco of Trendstyled. We spoke with Sean at the event. He told us that he never thought he would be a model and he was scouted on Myspace. He enjoys working with Ferragamo. "They've been great to me since I started, so I'm really blessed," he said. O'Pry appears in the brand's Spring/Summer 2014 campaign. When we asked him what he loves about wearing Ferragamo he said, "They're chic, they're classic and they have that right bit of modernness - it makes them always in." Details Magazine, which Sean appears in, was the media sponsor and issues were handed to guests.
