In our previous article we talked about the performance, multimedia features, and phone quality of the HTC One (M8). Let's take a look at the battery life:

Battery Life

The 2,600mAh battery is built into the HTC One (M8) and helps make the unit a lot heavier. Fortunately, it lasts a long time as well. While streaming several videos through WiFi, the HTC One (M8) lasted almost 8 hours on a full charge. That means it will last more than a day with average use and two days with light use. However, the battery took a long time to charge as well.

Conclusion

HTC has come a long way in the past decade, even if they are losing sales. The HTC One (M8) could have been the perfect smartphone had they spent just a little more time on it. Most people depend on their smartphones for their main camera, and the HTC One (M8) really dropped the ball in this department. Let's hope they take our suggestions about the camera and build the ultimate smartphone for 2015.
