Former Philadelphia Eagle Juqua Parker is not expected to re-sign with the Cleveland Browns.
He signed with the Browns on March 15th, 2012 on a one-year deal. His deal with the Browns could have been $3 million dollars if he reached all of his bonuses in his contract.
In his one season with the Browns, he had six sacks and 24 tackles in 16 games. But with Rob Chudzinski as the new head coach, the team is expected to change from a 4-3 defense to a 3-4 defense this off-season.
Prior to signing with the Browns, he was with the Eagles from 2005 through 2011. With the Eagles, he played in 105 games with a 194 tackles and 31.5 sacks in 7 years.
His best tackle season with the Eagles came in 2008 when he had 45 combined tackles. His best sack season came in 2009 with the Eagles when he had a career-best 8 sacks.
Before being with the Eagles, he spent four years with the Tennessee Titans. He played with the Titans from 2001 through 2004.
During his time with the Titans, he played in 41 games and had 37 tackles. He had 5 sacks with 4 sacks coming in 2003 and a sack coming in 2002.
