Pretty exciting news for wine and fine dining enthusiasts. This February, the Park Square Legal Sea Foods is hosting a wine dinner with Rodrigo Rodero of Vina Errazuriz. The dinner will take place in the restaurant's 10,000 bottle wine cellar and will feature a four and more course dinner.
The hors d'oeuvres offered on the dinner's menu include scallop, haddock, shrimp and vegetarian options. The first course is pan-roasted halibut with succotash salad. The second course includes grilled lamb chops and mushroom ragout. The main course is a chimichurri prime rib, fingerling potatoes and green beans. Each of these courses, including dessert, is paired with a Vina Errazuriz wine.
