Parish Hall Open Stage - Every 1st Friday

The Peterborough Unitarian Universalist Church host a coffeehouse on the first friday of every month as part of the Peterborough's "First Friday Celebration".

Local musicians can sign up for a performance slot by sending email to jackkidmusic@gmail.com or in person on the first Friday between 6:30PM and 7:30PM.

The listening room features a stage, sound equipment, a variety local baked goods, and non-alcoholic beverages. All acoustic music styles and the spoken word comprise the program.

There is a featured performance for each night. On June 1st, "Banjo and Old Lace" did a selection of classical banjo and piano tunes. The video features the selection "Freckles" composed by Joe Morley, a British classical banjoist.

  • First Friday - 7:30pm - 10pm
  • Featured Act - 8:30PM
  • $5 donation at door, tip basket for refreshments, collection basket for featured performers
