Paris Hilton’s recent photos are causing a stir online. The hotel heiress jumped at photo opportunities while her boyfriend, River Viiperi, lie bleeding in the background on a stretcher, The Huffington Post reported on Feb. 28.
According to the report, Viiperi had a ski accident, which required him to seek medical attention by paramedics, and left him in the hospital with 19 stiches
However, Paris Hilton wasted no time posing for photos with her injured beau. Paris looked sheik in her winter wardrobe as she posed in front of River while he gave a thumbs up from the stretcher, and later while he was in his hospital bed.
Fans immediately began to call out Paris for her lack of concern about her boyfriend. However, River revealed that Paris was “taking great care” of him.
