Paris Hilton strikes a pose as her boyfriend bleeds on the stretcher. The Huffington Post reported the insensitive incident on Feb. 28. It looks like Paris never wants to miss a photo op, no matter what happens.
The starlet's 21-year-old boyfriend, River Viiperi, had a skiing accident in Lake Tahoe. The accident was so bad that he had to be taken away by paramedics. Hilton didn’t seem to care, though.
The 32-year-old Hilton heiress took the opportunity to pose for the camera. She struck a pose, as her boyfriend held on for dare life in the stretcher. He did give the thumbs up to the camera, though.
Paris seemed unfazed by the accident. She talked about the scary accident on her Pheed account. She added that seeing the gash on her boyfriend's leg made her want to "pass out."
The photo of the starlet went viral after she uploaded it online. Fans were outraged by the model's insensitive photo and remarks. Some weren't all that shocked by Hilton's narcissistic behavior.
River is doing much better now that he had stitches on his leg. He thanked Paris Hilton for taking good care of him. The two had their own photo op from hospital room.
