Socialite Paris Hilton's arrest Friday night is still one of the most popular topics of discussion right now, and now the mugshot gives people one more thing to talk about. Paris seems to actually be smiling in the photo below, continuing what is already a strange theme this year based on what Lindsay Lohan did during her booking photo.
In a statement, Hilton's new attorney David Chernoff pleaded with people not to believe everything we read until the truth is fully revealed:
"Paris Hilton was released this morning on her own recognizance. This matter will be dealt with in the courts not in the media and I encourage people not to rush to judgment until all of the facts have been dealt with in a court of law. There will be no interviews and no more comments at this time."
This is the third time Paris has been linked to drugs over the past few months -- however, she was ultimately vindicated in both other cases.
