Margaux Gandelon has implemented a Japanese idea for the purrfect cafe. It's Le Café des Chats in Paris, France, which one might also say is the cat's meow.
BBC reported that customers may hold, pet or play with one of the cafe's 12 in house cats while sipping a cup of coffee and chatting or reading, or just simply relaxing. Hearing the purr of the cat and stroking its soft fur are said to relieve stress and anxiety - it reduces the heart rate and provides an overall sense of well being.
Or perhaps a customer loves cats and simply cannot have one in his or her home - voilà, the problem is solved. Owner Margaux Gandelon explained that the cats are free to roam at will throughout Le Café des Chats and are very comfortable with their new residence. Breakfast is also available at the cafe located at 16 Rue Michel Le Comte in the 3rd Arrondissement.
With less than 40 seats, weekends especially require a reservation and are booked for the next month; therefore reservations are a must to assure your purrfect spot. To make a reservation, email email@example.com.
