Parents in Conn. have their daughters arrested after learning about an "alcohol-fueled party" thrown in their home. On Oct. 23, the New York Daily News reported that the parents came home from their vacation early only to find that their teens were hosting quite the house party. The parents called the cops and had their drunken 15 and 16-year-old daughters taken into custody.
Both girls have been charged and come to find out, this wasn't their first house party. The girls had hosted parties the previous two nights. While their parents thought that their girls were trustworthy and well-behaved... they learned differently.
When parents have their own daughters arrested it causes all kinds of debate. Some people think that the parents should have been cool about it and just talked to their girls after kicking everyone out of their house. Others think that these parents are awesome and that teaching your kids a lesson in such a way is invaluable. What do you think? Should these parents have called the cops on their own kids?
There were about 20-30 kids in the family's home when the girls' parents arrived. Some ran and others got arrested, finding themselves in hot water right alongside the party's hosts.
The parents have daughters arrested story trended nationally today. The incident occurred back on Oct. 13.
