Paranormal Playground

Lately it seems like everyone is 12 years old again. Paranormal related discussion groups are turning into playground cliques where everyone is forced to choose sides. One after another is forming. The bullies are running rampant. Certain conversations feel like dodgeball matches. The drama balls are being thrown everywhere. No investigator is safe.

Most people that are involved with the paranormal field seem to thrive on chaos. So-called friends are quick to gossip about one another eventually turning into bitter enemies. Bystanders often find themselves being pulled into the middle of modern drama induced messes. Backstabbing, blackmailing, and other bad behavior brings tension and distress to anyone involved. The cycle is recycled over and over and never ends.

Some of us might actually wish we were kids again. Others quite possibly never really grew up to begin with. Day after day, the paranormal field continues to feel more like a paranormal playground.
