Reps for Nashville’s Parallel Music Publishing announced today the addition of country duo Kingston to their publishing roster.
Formerly known as The Carter Twins, Kingston' is composed of Josh and Zach Carter, who have written with some of the top writers in town and have been lucky enough to share the stage with acts such as Lady Antebellum, Jason Aldean and Phil Vassar. The country duo was introduced to the Nashville music scene in 2009 with their debut EP, "The Carter Twins." which featured the CMT award-nominated track “Heart Like Memphis.”
“Kingston has a long and success career ahead of them,” said Tim Hunze, managing partner, Parallel Music Publishing, in a Feb. 15 statement to Examiner. “Everyone at Parallel is excited to help propel them to the next level.”
