Paper craft designer Irina Blount offers San Jose workshops and classes

Fingers flying, heads bowed, the women in the room are working at a table laden with paper, scissors, glue, ink and hordes of other paper crafting tools.  Step closer and you see that these participants are working on a project designed by local artist Irina Blount, and it is hard to take your eyes off of the amazing artwork that is pouring from the table.

Blount, who came to San Jose from Belarus, helps the women complete projects she has designed, her golden curls bouncing as she travels around the table offering helpful hints. Scattered around the room are more tables, each with stacks of paper and other elements for more workshop projects which await the workshop participants.
