The View execs might not want Adam Lambert performing live, but 'Pants on the Ground' singer Larry Platt, will appear on The View on Monday, January 18th.

The 62-year-old 'Pants on the Ground' singer, who goes by 'General' Larry Platt, is a rapper, writer and civil rights movement veteran who prompted Simon Cowell to begrudgingly admit:
"I have a horrible feeling that song could be a hit."
Larry Platt will perform 'Pants on the Ground' during The View's weekly "Day of Hot Topics". Check his American Idol audition below.
