Panicked woman heard in released Rick Ross drive-by shooting 911 call (Audio)

On Jan. 30, 2013, the 911 call made to police during the Rick Ross shooting incident was released. The woman heard on the call is in a panic as she fears the shooter are returning to the area.

At one point, the woman tells the emergency dispatcher that she’s hanging up the phone to hide from the gunmen she believed were on their way back.

According to TMZ, the call was made on Jan. 28 from a Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. restaurant as Ross was attempting to leave the scene in his Rolls-Royce.

The eatery was apparently near the shooting incident, as the woman tells the dispather, “I just heard a bunch of gunshots go off… And a car sped by.”

She then sounds frantic as she says, “Oh my God, they’re turning around and coming back… I’m hanging up… I’m hiding.”

Hip Hop Wired reports that the rapper was so shaken by the incident that he’s now hired 24-hour armed guards for protection.
