'Pandora' free internet radio app releases free update, more free

“Pandora” free internet radio app releases free update for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch, according to a Dec. 9 report in 9to5Mac. "Pandora" (or "Pandora Radio"), the free internet radio streaming service, has added a new alarm clock feature to this update in a bid to compete with iTunes Radio.

Now, users can set an alarm clock in "Pandora" and wake up to whatever streaming music station they like. This is different from iTunes Radio whose alarm clock will wake users by playing their favorite song.

The updated "Pandora" free internet radio app also now has a snooze button so users can catch more sleep and a sleep timer if you want to listen to music all day till bedtime. Remember to be sure that “Pandora” is set to use Wi-Fi so you don't incur data charges.

Besides news of this cool update to the "Pandora " free internet radio streaming app, another cool free app update released today is “USB Disk”. This free app lets you store, view and manage documents on your iPod Touch and your iPhone in an easy-to-use intuitive format. You can also transfer documents from iTunes to your iPhone or iPod Touch using this app. A separate app version is compatible with iPad. Both versions support AirPrint.

“Treasure Caves” is a fun, free game new to the App Store. The goal here is to collect as many gems as you can while exploring a cave—all the while avoiding obstacles and eerie creatures.

“Pandora Radio” requires iOS 5.0+, is compatible with iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch and is optimized for iPhone 5. Download free at the App Store.

“USB Disk” requires iOS 5.0 and is compatible with iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. This app is also optimized for iPhone 5. Free download at the App Store.

“Treasure Caves” requires iOS 4.3+, is optimized for iPhone 5 and is compatible with iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. You can download this free at the App Store.
