The "European charm bracelet" trend is showing no signs of stopping. With so many different makes and models to choose from -- Pandora, Trollbeads, Chamilla, Ohm, Brighton, to name just a few -- it's getting easier and easier to get sucked in. And why not? These accessories are like little art galleries on your wrist, around your neck, on your fingers.... Hey, it's cheaper than buying an actual art gallery.
Speaking of galleries, Baltimore City fans of Pandora jewelry can now get their fix right at the Inner Harbor, thanks to a new concept store that opened recently. Stopping by the other day, I couldn't help but be amazed at the minimalist design of the store, and the helpfulness of the staff.
And they're eager to get to know you, too. They're holding a Holiday Grand Opening Event this Wednesday, November 6th, and you're invited! Stop by anytime between the hours of noon and 6pm; there'll be refreshments, a look at the new Pandora launch, their Essence Collection (which just launched today, and that I'll cover later this week), and a raffle for a "Charm City Pandora Bracelet".
Pandora's coveted GWP -- that's Gift With Purchase for bracelet newbies -- will be available too. This go-round it's a jewelry roll, and could be nice for yourself or as a re-gift to another jewelry fan.
With prices from $8 for bracelet accessories, $15 for earrings and $20 for beads, Pandora can be a bargain if you pick wisely and look at the long-term goal of amassing a solid jewelry wardrobe that will last. Will you be at the launch?
