Pamper yourself! When you need to unwind and de-stress, pamper yourself.
Here are ways to pamper yourself: enjoy dancing, get a neck and/or body massage, read a book or newspaper, relax in your bed, watch a good movie, get a manicure and pedicure, buy a new outfit, schedule a hair appointment, relax on the beach, attend yoga class, listen to relaxing music, eat a meal at your favorite restaurant or relax in the Jacuzzi.
Dancing is a great way to relax and burn calories. Enroll today in jazz, ballet, tap or ballroom dancing classes in your city. Also, perform the Tango, Foxtrot, and the Viennese Waltz like the professional dancers on Dancing with the Stars.
