When the occasion calls for a gourmet dessert call on Pamela. Pamela's Bakery Cafe and Espresso in Eagle can fulfill any dessert dream.

The bakery opened in December of 2006 with grab-n-go baked items and special order cakes. Since then, Pamela has expanded her business and now offers a full service cafe including breakfast.

Pamela's signature item is her carrot cake. This two layer, dense, rich, and sweet cake is made from scratch as are all of the menu items at Pamela's.

The display case of handcrafted and decorated delights are picture perfect and perfectly delicious.
