Pamela Anderson has once again entered hair transformation mode. On Friday Yahoo reported the “Baywatch” babe stepped out in Miami to debut a new “brunette” look, after dramatically chopping off her platinum blonde locks. The Long Island Hair Care Examiner has a few reasons as to why Pamela Anderson toned down her hair color.
On Thursday, 46-year-old actress Pamela Anderson posed for the cameras with markedly darker hair as she stood in front of works by Yayoi Kusama at the David Zwirner Gallery booth, while attending Art Basel Miami Beach 2013 at the Miami Beach Convention Center in Florida.
Yahoo spotted the blonde bombshell’s second hair makeover at the gallery, which may have Pamela Anderson fans wondering why she went a little darker. An interview with her celebrity colorist is sure to hit the Web soon, however this professional hairstylist has a few thoughts why Pam would have darkened the pixie.
We can be sure Anderson’s platinum blonde was not her natural hair color, which takes work to maintain, however with short hair, the darker regrowth is noticeable sooner than on lengthier locks. It could also be the starlet dyed her hair for a role, or simply wanted a change from her signature blonde look. Either way, Pamela Anderson, who explained the reason behind the pixie to Ellen DeGeneres a few weeks ago, “I just thought my hair had had a life,” is a stunner with long, short, blonde or brown hair.
What do you think of Pamela Anderson’s new look?
