She swears that this diet has helped her. Gwyneth says she has more energy and feels better now. Writing a book about it can help her to share this with others who might feel better on the elimination diet as well.
The book is called "It’s All Good: Delicious, Easy, Recipes That Will Make You Look Good and Feel Great." It comes out on April 2. It is packed full of more than 185 recipes which gives fans a lot to choose from when trying a new meal. She is also very strongly against feeding children carbs so you will notice low carb recipes in this book.
