While the White House and health care reform advocates are spending millions of dollars trying to sell ObamaCare to the public, all Sarah Palin had to do was publish five paragraphs on her Facebook page to get all kinds of media attention. The result was that the public became even more alarmed about the "end of life" provision in the proposed HR 3200.
The media played right into her hands when they created a firestorm of criticism about her choice of the words "death panel" as did the Democrats and Obama. She accomplished the end she wanted, focusing on the "end of life" provisions in HR 3200 which is in the approximately 1,100 pages that make up the health care reform bill.
It turns out she outsmarted the media and the Democrats, using a shocking statement that would bring on attacks against her. In no time at all, the focus moved from Palin to the frightening provisions within HR 3200. Then people, especially older Americans, began to question exactly what end-of-life counseling meant. The more they learned, the less they liked it. The pressure became so great that it was publicly announced that the provision was eliminated from HR 3200.

Government trained and payed end of life counselors, Acorn minions or equivalent would have been bizarre.
Thing is, that provision didn't need to be in there at all, since it was already in Bush's Medicare reform bill that cost us trillions.
Kudos to Sarah, she will be a future force for 2012, hopefully as an INDEPENDENT. Third Party Now!
It should also be mentioned that Palin is now Private Citizen Palin. She has essentially done more then the inside the beltway republicans combined.

OpenCongress.com has pdf files on HR3200 and others bills under consideration or passed. Remember HR3200 has 1100 plus pages so it may take some time to load.

The initial provision was put in by a Republican to pay doctors who do end of life consultations. Sarah and her minions, or the dumb leading the dumber. Keep it up Sarah...PLEASE! Could this discussion be more insane? People are terrified that "faceless government bureaucrats" will be making health care decisions for them? Just who do they think is running the insurance companies - loving family members? It's a bunch of bureaucrats - with the added bonus of being profit-driven and greedy. The argument is so absurd it's laughable. These ninnies are fighting for the right to have corporations deny them health care.
The shame is that the fearmongerers have basically forced this very useful and important counseling right off the table for no other reason than political point-scoring. They lied, blatantly, just to frighten seniors! They should be ashamed of themselves!
No one and I mean no one knows how to dribble the ball down court like Sarah. She ALWAYS keeps her eye on the basket and NEVER gos with the flow and the deadfish.
I believe she may be a prophet. I await her next direct communication from the Lord to help explain health care reform to us. It may be about the death panels, it may be something about the machine that goes ping. We shall see.

She really is a babbling idiot. My favorite of her "death panel" remarks were the ones she made about Stephen Hawkings, saying that under the UK system he never would have gotten health care.
I guess she uses all her time looking out her window at Russia because if she stayed informed she would know that Stephen Hawkings was born in the UK, went to school in the UK, and lives in the UK.
He is typically apolitical but this one got to him and he released a statement saying that he has had and continues to receive the best medical care in the world.
You can bet that this international treasure would be given the best health care by any country in the world - probably for free. It's telling that the man who could be the smartest man in the world gets his health care from the UK. NOT the US.
I suspect Sarah Palin uses a clinic in a Wal-Mart.

The regular plebs (that's common folks for you Obama voters) the NHS is a diaster. immediately. Fire the czars. No more czars. Government officials answer to the
process, not to the president. Stop trampling on our Constitution and honor it.
Four, cap and trade. The debate on global warming is not over. There is more to

We have a President who thinks more of the people in the United States than he does about setting Palin in her place where she belongs. He has fought hard for this health care reform and is willing to modify the plan to get it passed to serve the people of the United States. All of this hoopla by and about Palin who is not up to speed with current events and reality and really makes the people backing her look as embarrassingly silly as she does. I am proud that I voted for Obama and I am impressed with him and his record of actions so far. He has credibility. He is working hard and doing just fine.
