Palestinian film does not win foreign language Oscar

Palestine isn't a real country, and may never be. No borders, no economy, no democratic institutions, and a culture centered on victimhood and destroying the Jewish State. Not very promising.

Yet it manages to produce films. One of them, "Omar," was nominated for an Academy Award. It lost, to the Italian movie, "The Great Beauty." Well, better luck next time.
