Pac-12 tournament schedule 2013: Oregon, UCLA battle for No. 1 seed

The 2013 Pac-12 tournament schedule is set and now it's just down to the seeding. With the Pac-12 tournament schedule set to begin next Wednesday (March 13) there are still two teams with a great shot at clinching the No. 1 seed. In the updated Pac-12 standings from Thursday (March 7), it's currently the Oregon Ducks in the driver's seat with a 12-4 conference record.

NCAA Tournament Seeding Predictions

Right behind Oregon is UCLA at 12-5 and then California at 12-6 within the conference. If Oregon can take care of Colorado and then Utah to close out its schedule, the Ducks will enter the tournament as the top seed. Two losses and a win by the UCLA Bruins over the Washington Huskies on Saturday (March 9) and it will be UCLA clinching another regular season title.

When it comes to the seeding, not much has been decided with only three days left in the regular season. It's very clear which schools will be in the bottom three slots, though, as Oregon State, Utah, and Washington State each have only three wins in the conference this season. They will reside in the No. 10, No. 11, and No. 12 slots when the brackets come out. Every other school has a .500 or better record so far.

With nine teams posting a .500 record or better in conference play, it leaves quite a few scenarios for upsets to play out in the Pac-12 tournament. Thursday night's games could help thin things out, but it will probably come down to the final Saturday for all of the seeds to shake out.
