A Washington County couple was arrested and charged with animal cruelty and child endangerment on Wednesday, March 26.

Kimberly Watts, 26, was accused of stabbing a puppy, Trooper, and Danny Watts, 25, was witnessed throwing another puppy, Sadie, against the wall. This was in retaliation for one of the puppies biting their two-year-old daughter's lip.
