Pa. Designer Sheila Frank Breathes Airy and Edgy Looks for Spring 2010

I'm not really sure I'd do this dress with fishnets, but I love the pendant detailing on the front. Super cute for spending a day outside.

Just weeks before the world gets a glimpse of Pennsylvania designer Sheila Frank’s fall 2010 looks, the flirty and elegant line of womenswear for this spring are worth perusing.

Debuting originally in October on the heels of New York fashion week, the line features pale blues, grays, and white with bold, striped, and floral prints, with details including necklace beaded straps interestingly woven both on the front and back of individual pieces. While most of the dresses are low cut and breezy, which is ideal for a warm spring day in the sun, the collection also includes a fitted three-quarter sleeved jacket that’s just as enticing as the entire collection.
