'Oz' tops weekend box office again

Oz the Great and Powerful dominated the box office for a second consecutive weekend, according to industry figures released Monday.

The fantasy adventure earned $41.2 million over the weekend, pushing its overall gross to $144.5 million since opening March 8.

Halle Berry thriller ‘The Call’ debuted at No. 2, earning $17.2 million.

Steve Carell comedy The Incredible Burt Wonderstone opened at No. 3, earning $10.7 million.

‘Jack the Giant Slayer’ fell two spots to No. 4 in its third weekend, earning $6.3 million.

‘Identity Thief’ rounded out the top five, earning $4.4 million in its sixth weekend and $123.6 million since opening Feb. 8.
