Oxygen is the home of the upcoming model competition, "The Face," featuring supermodels Naomi Campbell, Karolina Kurkova and Coco Rocha, which premieres on Feb. 12 at 9:00 p.m. PT/ET. Oxygen Media has launched a contest for fans to flaunt their inner diva, by submitting videos to YouTube showing their best "walk" (Naomi Campbell) "look" (Karolina Kurkova) and "pose" (Coco Rocha) to win a fabulous VIP treatment, and see their name announced on the Feb. 12 premiere. Throughout the day of the premiere, valid video submissions will be featured on a Times Square billboard.
Fans can find out more about the contest by visiting "The Face Challenge" page on Oxygen's official YouTube channel for the show at www.youtube.com/thefaceonoxygen.
But that's not the only place you can go to submit videos. In various locations across the country, Oxygen will feature a pop-up experience so that fans can participate in person. Fans will get enhanced treatment with a digital video shoot of their submission plus a social photo activation. The video shoot will capture the fan’s modeling skill that will be submitted for the YouTube contest page and the photo activation will capture their best looks resulting in a shareable animated .GIF along with four branded photos to take with them. What a blast!
The winner of "The Face Challenge" will receive the ultimate supermodel treatment for themselves, plus two guests. They'll receive a trip to New York City where they will be treated to a professional hair, makeup and wardrobe styling for a photo shoot with none other than "The Face" host, Nigel Barker. Plus, they'll take home a high quality portfolio of their photo shoot experience.
