Update 4/24/14: Teddy was adopted on 4/18/14!

A dog who nobody wants to call their own? Truly unwanted as a companion?

Seems unlikely for a cute dog who is gentle and loving with people and other dogs, but after nearly a year at the Chautauqua County Animal Shelter in Sedan, Kan., those who have been trying their best to find Teddy a home are beginning to wonder.

Teddy was owner surrendered in May of 2013 - multiple attempts to even find a foster home for this sweet dog have failed...much less, attempts for a forever home.

Teddy, a heeler mix, is estimated to be six or seven years of age - he is neutered and up to date on his shots and he wants nothing more than to be a lap dog. Despite his many wonderful attributes, he waits...no interest, no inquiries.

Please take a moment to network Teddy's information - somewhere out there is one person who would like to give this sweet boy a real home.
