A beautiful, adult Siberian husky, whose guardian died, is currently being held at the Gwinnett County Animal Shelter in Lawrenceville, Georgia.

The sudden loss of home and family has left this handsome dog confused and frightened. The Facebook page, Helping Animals at Gwinnett County Animal Shelter, posted the following information about the bewildered dog:

OWNER SURRENDER...OWNER DIED...HE WENT TO A FAMILY MEMBER WHO PUT HIM IN A BACK YARD AND LEFT HIM...HIS EARS HAVE ALL BEEN CHEWED OFF FROM FLIES/MITES...HE IS VERY SCARED.

Today, this dog, whose name is unknown, is completely lost...adrift and alone in a situation which is completely beyond his control; please take a moment to network on his behalf.
