Minnesota doesn't come to mind when someone thinks of a film producing, though that doesn't stop a local film company. Restraining Hollywood has produced several films while gaining much ground in the film business. The fourth quarter of 2011 opened two films by Restraining Hollywood, "Potpourri" and "In Harm's Way".

Potpourri
The film showcases a group of students who attend college in Minneapolis. Their current stress source stems from meeting satisfactory grades on final philosophy papers. If the papers don't meet the required grade the group will be expelled from school. Now the group must expand on the mind-bending concepts by shaping their cognitive scope by use of illicit drugs. Their drug experiences takes each individual on their own rollercoaster like trip. Over their experience each of them realize they have underestimated the power of the drug's effect and are in for helluva ride.

In Harm's Way
‘In Harm’s Way’ revolves around nine different characters becoming involved with danger. When Michael and his loyal girlfriend, Shea, become involved with the gritty drug dealers Ian and Tory, events begin to spin out of control. When hundreds of thousands of dollars of stolen drugs wind up in their path that belongs to the J. Markeaur, much is at stake. Though the missing drugs aren’t the only problem for Markeaur, a legendary criminal whose grime that can consume the best. A renegade cop, Kate, will stop at nothing to see the demise of his organization and to progress her secret plans. Along with the cop, Markeaur has a deadly serial killer brother, Marko who wishes for revenge, creeps along plotting the fall. As everything plans out, only disaster lies ahead for all who play.
