Oversharing on Twitter: Guy tweets trip to ER after getting item stuck in rear (Photos)

The typical person uses social media to share the day to day goings on of their life with their closest friends and family. Twitter allows you to share with a larger global community, if you choose and one man’s pain is our entertainment.

Early in the morning on March 8, 2013 one Twitter member decided to share his experiences leading up to and during a trip to the emergency room. He was welcomed with open arms by the Twitter universe as their hearts went out to him and his posterior which contained a vibrating dildo that he was unable to retrieve himself.

@Grawly reached out to his followers to comfort him in his time of need. He described the problem, discussed the good people at the hospital who were there to help and kept the world updated on his progress; including posting the x-ray picture. He even took time to chat with concerned followers and make jokes. His followers grew to thousands and with that his support.

We learned that he wasn’t the only one at that hospital with such a dilemma; he may have found his soulmate.

In the grand tradition of any press is good press, Energizer got a shout out for their batteries lasting longer than seven hours.

Thank goodness to those of you who overshare on social media for our pleasure. Check out the slideshow for a play by play of his ordeal.
