What Has Your Recent Challenges and Obstacles Taught You? Let me know.
It's taught me to not worry so much in life. In my view, most challenges are ultimately not in our control. Buying into this allows us to focus on influencing and reacting to obstacles that get in our way of happiness as we uniquely define it. All of us can do that...
Such a focus can help us manage our expectations much better and reduce stress levels. The next time you are in a stressful situation, step back for a moment and think about how you should react to such stressors. As I have found, it is easier to overcome challenges and obstacles when you apply this mind set.
Again, what has a recent challenge taught you?
