Want to support homeschooling families, find affordable gifts and/or purchase quality handmade products? The SHEteam blog makes it easy to do.

School at Home Etsians (SHE or the SHEteam) is a group of online artisans who have two things in common -- they homeschool their children and they create handmade products that they sell through Etsy (an online marketplace of handmade items).

Categories for their products include:

  • Art & Photography
  • Bath & Body
  • Bridal & Wedding
  • Children's Boutique
  • Crochet, Knit & Tatting
  • Dolls, Toys & Learning Games
  • Fabric Creations
  • Fibers -- Yarns, Silks, Roving & Weaving

  • Housewaves, Home Accessories & Home Decor
  • Jewelry
  • Paper, Scrapbooking & Cards
  • Supplies
  • Techno Gear
  • Vintage & Upcycled
  • Wooden Household Items, Gifts, Toys & Games

The SHE blog spotlights some of these products regularly.

The SHE-team describes itself as:

We are a group of Etsy artisans united by the bond of home education. SHE is a family-oriented team. Shops must meet team requirements in addition to Etsy rules, especially in regard to mature content and prohibited items. SHE is a "G"-rated team.

Members come from a variety of backgrounds, locations and faiths. The site states that the purpose of SHEteam is to provide support and promotion of their Etsy shops, not to promote a particular religion, political view or philosophy.

Items range from mineral eye shadow to hair bows to Montessori materials to felted gnomes. Many items include free shipping and many members take custom orders. View the slide show to see some of the really wonderful products available.
