Over 2,000 fans sent in submissions to be a voice in ‘Dragon Age: Inquisition’

The deadline to enter a contest which will allow one fan the opportunity to provide the voice to a new character within Dragon Age: Inquisition was reached and Bioware confirmed via their official Twitter account on March 24 that they received over 2,000 submissions.

Bioware first announced the call for community voice talent submissions last month. Gamers were asked to read a performance off a provided sample script. Now that the deadline for entries has come to a close, the developer must now listen to all 2,000 submissions in order to pick a winner. The selected individual will be chosen based upon the quality of their vocal performance along with how well their voice sounds like it belongs within the world or Dragon Age. The winner will be announced no later than April 14.

The winner will be announced no later than April 14 and will later be flown to a recording studio in order to add their voice to the third entry of the popular fantasy series.

Dragon Age: Inquisition will be out this fall on PS4, Xbox One, PC, PS3, and Xbox 360.
