Outkast is expected to headline the Coachella 2014 lineup, according to a Jan. 9 CBS News report. This is great news for fans of the hip-hop duo.

The duo is expected to perform the Friday shows on the weekends of April 11 to 13 and April 18 to 20. More than 150 acts are expected to perform throughout those scheduled weekends. Muse is to headline the Saturday shows, and Arcade Fire will headline the Sunday night shows.

There is even more great news for fans of the hip-hop group. The duo is also expected to headline the New York City's Govenors Ball. Does that mean they'll also be releasing new music, or are they just reuniting for one last time?

The Atlanta hip-hop duo is comprised of Andre 3000 and Big Boi. They have been on hiatus since 2006, when they released their last album. Big Boi confirmed the news of the Govenors Ball via Twitter and also hinted about new music in the future.

Tickets for Coachella 2014 go on sale Friday, Jan. 10. General admission for a full weekend starts at $375. It'll be well worth seeing Outkast perform again. Go to Coachella site for ticket information.
