Our children have become the folly of the godless

A Daily Word from the Word for Monday, April 14, 2014

“The fool has said in his heart, ‘There is no God.’ They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none who does good.” – Psalm 14:1

I started seeing a dramatic increase of “no gun” stickers across the schools and colleges of where I live, and it sickens me. It sickens me, because it sickens God. When I see a “no gun” sticker, I see a “No God” sticker. We can put as many “no gun” stickers on the doors of our schools as we want; we can plaster as many “no knives” stickers to our school corridors to announce a feeble resistance. The truth of the matter is that no soft-spoken sticker will fortify our precious seed against the devourer. We need to remove the most egregious decal—the sticker which does not allow God to inhabit where He rightfully belongs.

I very rarely speak so strongly, and hadn’t intended on writing this message; but as I have been traveling across my city, I smell the constant nauseating odor of Baal (Satan). This stench has reached the very nostrils of the One Whom our founding fathers have cut covenant with in establishing our great United States of America.

God is angry on behalf of His harmed children. As a nation, we have bowed to Baal, and we have sacrificed our children to him; forsaking God Almighty for the god of this world. We unseated our Protector from our schools, and have deprived Him of covering some of the most vulnerable and innocent—our children.

Just as the blood of Able cried out to His God from the ground for vengeance (Hebrews 12:24), so does the blood of our dead children cry out from the schools where we kicked God out and allowed the enemy of the world to come in and devour them. Their blood joins the the blood of the aborted babies who have been murdered at the hands of the godless in this nation.

We have become either godless, or have contributed to God being taken out of our schools. Our silence and inaction, as Christians, exposes and testifies of our guilt. And godless people are less than, because God is who qualifies and makes up the difference in every human life. When our schools become godless schools, they too become less than, which includes less protection.

We have forsaken our covering. And the blood of the innocent children is on our hands. I can care less about being politically correct; rather, I am more concerned about being God correct. Is your child worth it, my brother? Is your precious one’s life worth less than the godless voice of the fool who cries offense, my sister?

We have allowed our children, our precious sons, daughters, nieces, and nephews to become the folly of the fools. We have traded their covering, God Almighty Himself, for the demands of the ungodly, the arrogant, the prideful, and the self-serving. We have become a nation of fools.

Who is watching your son at school today, my brother? Is that gun sticker going to protect him? Who is covering your daughter today, my sister? Do you think it is the teacher in the classroom? Ask the children who have tragically perished at the hands of the ungodly.

God is grieved family. The modern day prophets have already spoken about a mighty shaking that is taking place across this nation. God is allowing this country to be shaken to its core—not because God is doing it; but He is allowing it because we have removed Him as our strong and sure foundation. Saint Matthew sounds the alarm from the hilltops of heaven as he proclaims “Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine [Jesus], and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock: and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock. But everyone who hears these sayings of Mine, and does not do them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand: and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it fell. And great was its fall” (Matthew 7:24-27).

Great will be the fall of this nation if God’s own do not repent and restore this country to its Godly principles established by our forefathers.

Galatians 6:7 warns “Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows.” And sadly, our children are reaping what the parents have sown, which is bowing down to the godless.

So let us now rise up with conviction in our hearts, my brothers and sisters! Take a stand, my brother! Say “no more,” my sister! We must invite God back into our schools, our government, and our homes. This country was founded on God, the real God—God Almighty, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

It is time to take down the world’s sticker of deception and defilement, and raise the eternal and sure Banner of Christ.

Father, we Your people, who are called by Your Name, humble ourselves before You. We pray and seek Your face. We repent of our wicked ways. We repent for serving Satan and serving man rather than serving You—our One True God. Hear us from Heaven, Lord. Forgive us of our sins, and heal our land (2 Chronicles 7:14). Father, we call upon You to deposit the conviction of Your Holy Spirit within each one of us, that we no longer bow to Baal, we no longer compromise with godless leaders and elected officials. Instead, we remove them from office with our votes! We remove them from our school boards! We remove them from local, state, and federal government! We vote NO to the ungodly, and we vote YES to You, and YES to Your ways. In Jesus Name, we thank You that we now rise up and take a stand for You. Amen and Amen!

Take action! Challenge your thinking! Choose to stand up for life. Choose to stand for protecting our children by standing up for God. Determine to put God back in our schools, our colleges and universities, our government, and our homes where He rightfully belongs. And continue to fight the good fight of declaring that we are indeed one nation under The Almighty and Sovereign Creator; for God, In Whom we trust, has already given you the victory!

If you have never received Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior, I encourage you to do it today, right now, by saying this prayer out loud: “Jesus, forgive me for my sins. I am sorry. I truly desire to be saved and reconciled back to God, my Father, through You. I receive Your sinless Blood as payment in full for my sins—past, present, and future. I now call You my Lord and Savior, and invite You to live within my heart, and to permanently live within me. I make You Lord over me and over my life from this moment on. Amen.” Congratulations! You are now a child of God, made whole and made new, by the Blood of Jesus Christ!

God tells us that we are blessed to be a blessing (Genesis 12:2). Be a blessing to someone by sending them this word of encouragement. If God did not already put someone in your spirit and on your heart that needs to read this uplifting message from above, simply ask your Heavenly Father who to bless on today. Forward this message right now by email, facebook, or twitter.

Jesus is coming soon!

May God Bless you and keep you always.

With warmest regards,

And, in service of The Most High King,

Matthew
