The Global Conservation Group is an animal rights organization, so why are we taking up the issue of gay rights? Because scientifically, humans are animals, and as an organization, it's our job, our duty, to stick up for all animals; including but not limited to humans.
LGBT people are currently denied over 1,500 rights that heterosexual people are afforded here in the United States of America and we have a problem with that. We will change that, and we hope you'll join us in that fight.
If you're reading this, you're likely a GCG supporter, which means you're probably an animal rights activist, vegan, or vegetarian. Clearly you understand the concept of animal rights, it's simple; animals don't have rights and so we are fighting to get them rights. The right to be left alone, the right not to be held against their will in captivity, and the right to live.
We also fight for LGBT people, because they too need the right to live their life. The U.S. government does not have a right to make laws discriminating against 10% of our population - that's just wrong.
So I ask you, please join me and the Global Conservation Group in the fight for LGBT equality. They deserve the same rights as heterosexuals, and we intend to give them the rights they so deserve.
Thank you,
Jordan Turner
Vice President
