Hollywood.com already published its list of the worst dressed at the Oscars 2013 awards show. The live event took place Sunday night on Feb. 24. It was held at the Dolby Theater in Hollywood, Calif. Old Hollywood styles and romantic dresses ruled the red carpet. There were also no shortage of fashion mishaps on the red carpet.
Kristen Stewart topped the worst dressed list. She showed up fashionably late with crutches. People can forgive her for her serious injury, but they can't forgive her for her messy and unkempt hair. Her nude Reem Acra wasn't as flattering as it should've been on the thin star.
Kelly Rowland was best dressed at the Grammy's, but worst dressed at the Oscars. The Destiny's Child singer wore a black and white silk gown. The gown looked like a mismatched creation.
Next on the worst dressed list is Brand Glanville from "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills." She showed up early to show off her designer creation. She wore a flesh-colored dress that revealed too much cleavage and had too much ruffle detail on the train. It was just a walking distraction.
Kerry Washington was another actress that failed the red carpet look. She wore a peach Miu Miu dress with a beaded bustier. The dress looked like a prom dress. Washington's hairstyle was also too flat. She could've used more volume in her hair.
The Oscars 2013 awards show had its share of glamour. Unfortunately, some of the celebrities did not make the grade. Some of them should get credit for taking fashion risks, though.
