Stewart used the crutches to balance herself on the red carpet. She hurt her foot after she stepped on some glass. She cut the ball of her foot severely two days ago, her makeup artist told People. The serious injury left her in great pain.
It took some time for Kristen to arrive to the Oscars red carpet. She was one of the last celebrities to show up. It was difficult for the actress to walk on crutches while wearing a long gown.
Stewart quickly ditched the crutches to pose for some pictures. She also left them behind so she could present an award on stage. She held onto "Harry Potter" star Daniel Radcliff for some support.
Kristen Stewart feels like an "idiot" about the injury. She was obviously quite embarrassed about the accident. Hopefully, she's recovering from what was a long night.
