The "Silver Linings Playbook" starlet took her tumble in stride, laughing at herself and teasing the star-studded crowd gathered inside the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, who jumped to their feet in ovation as Jennifer took the podium.
"Thank you. You guys are just standing up because you feel bad that I fell, and that's really embarrassing, but thank you," Jennifer said all in one breath as she began her acceptance speech for her Best Actress win at the Oscars 2013 Sunday night. "This is nuts. Thank you to the Academy, and thank you to the women this year. You are so magnificant and so inspiring. Not just those of you in my category," Jennifer said in her acceptance speech. She went on to thank her production crew and others who worked on the film "Silver Linings Playbook" with her.
