In other award news, Wolfgang Puck will be honored in what is often billed as the "Oscars" of the food world. Puck will be presented with the award at the James Beard Foundation Awards Ceremony and Gala Reception. Puck, who has catered countless Oscar shows, and a few Grammy events, is a native of Austria. The event takes place on May 7 in New York at Lincoln Center's Avery Fisher Hall.

One other item of note is the Kodak Theater, which is home for Oscar, will no longer have its name as part of the building. With the recent bankruptcy announcement of Eastman-Kodak, the company is seeking to be released of its contract. On the flip side, there has been the continuing rumors of the Academy leaving the theater and relocating to downtown Los Angeles. Academy president Tom Sherak recently told The Wrap that he would be surprised if the Oscars would move. "But is it possible? Anything's possible," he said. "We're negotiating with them now."
