The Orpheum Theatre in Memphis is gearing up for a busy month of events in July 2014. In a statement from Christina Torres, Press Relations Manager for the theatre, the events are outlined.

TITLE: CLUE

EVENT TYPE: Summer Movie Series, Sponsored by Orion Federal Credit Union

DESCRIPTION: Colonel Mustard, in the Library, with the revolver! This board-game-inspired dark comedy will keep audiences guessing until the very end. Join Tim Curry as he welcomes six colorful dinner guests to a drippy mansion at the request of the infamous Mr. Boddy. When Mr. Boddy becomes THE body, everyone’s a suspect. You can be a part of the game! Visit our Facebook page in the days leading up to the event to vote on which ending you would like to see, and keep an eye on our Twitter page for a city-wide game of Clue with prizes that include free tickets to see the movie. Doors open at 6:00 PM. Arrive early and join us for drink specials and a mini-Clue game in the lobby where audiences can compete for prizes.

TITLE: THE WIZARD OF OZ Sing-Along

DESCRIPTION: Lions and tigers and bears, oh my! The popular classic The Wizard of Oz returns to the Orpheum big screen in a special sing-along edition. Sing to iconic songs like "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" as Dorothy is whisked off to the land of Oz in a tornado. Dorothy encounters a group of unlikely friends and iconic foes in Oz, and she’ll need plenty of brains, heart and courage to make it back home. Doors open at 6:00 PM. TITLE: THE LITTLE PRINCESS (1939)

DESCRIPTION: When her father is reported killed in the Boer War, pampered rich girl Sara Crewe (Shirley Temple) is left to the mercies of a mean-spirited headmistress. TITLE: HARRY POTTER AND THE CHAMBER OF SECRETS

TITLE: DINNER ON STAGE

EVENT TYPE: Special Events

DESCRIPTION: The Orpheum's Dinner on Stage includes an inside peek into the stories and history of the historic Orpheum as told by Pat Halloran. The evening includes a cocktail reception, a tour of the Theatre and back stage, a brief film in the auditorium about The Orpheum's history, a three course meal with wine, Broadway trivia, and an enlightening Q&A session.
