On February 16 Orlandobands.com continues their Sanford free music showcase series at West End Trading Company. This month they pack the bill with Orlando area bands Ben Cook, Patrick Mathews, Zebra Panic, Bracher Brown, Cute and the Ugly, ReaGan SMASH, Gunpowder Temple and Diablo Canyon.
The Orlando based heavy metal band ReaGan SMASH is a band that takes their performance seriously and makes an impression at every show they play. “Our music is a different metal.,” said Brandon Bassett (vocals/bass) in a recent email interview. “It’s the old school metal sound mixed with some new. We love what we do. Whether there are 10 people or a full house, we will always entertain you with high energy and professionalism.”
The band is looking forward to this show as a chance to play alongside bands they haven’t played with before and to expose their music to new fans. “We enjoy performing,” said Bassett. “We love playing with groups we haven’t played with before. It helps build the friendships between other talented musicians. It makes for a great experience for all involved.”
Bassett is impressed with the work the people behind Orlandobands.com put into the shows. “I think Orlandobands.com is doing one hell of a job. They help out all genres by giving them opportunities to play and bring shows like this to the fans. They are on the ball with all the details for the musician, not leaving them to wonder what is going on with each show. I just think they rock!”
Music fans are encouraged to RSVP here to the event at Orlandobands.com and to write in the band name that they are going to see in the showcase. Fans then check in and verify their RSVP at the show to get their ticket to the prize drawing. RSVP’s are accepted up to the day before the show.
