Original Quilt and Sewing Expo coming to Fort Worth

The Original Quilt and Sewing Expo is hosting a 3-day sewing event from October 17-19 at the Will Rogers Memorial Center in Fort Worth. This event will be packed with a variety of activities including workshops, fashion shows, shopping, style makeovers and much more.

The workshops will include classes on how to make an Infinity scarf and a Zipper Flower pin. Other workshops will include Free Motion Embroidery quilting, Fashion Knits basics and Serger basics. View the schedule for the full list of workshops.

There will be many vendors selling sewing, embroidery and quilting products including vendors from around the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This is a good chance to try products from area vendors and to get all your shopping done in one stop.

Quilt and textile lovers will enjoy the expo's 'Display Gallery' which includes art and traditional quilts. The latest exhibits from around the country will be on display at the show.
