While the Kinan Spa is the highlight of Orient-Express Maroma Resort and Spa the resort has cooked up a new dining concept, Aldea Maya (which means “Mayan Village”), designed to immerse guests in the sights, sounds, tastes, smells, and feelings of ancient Mayan culture.
